We heard the word "authenticity" throughout 2020, particularly related to DEI programs. We urged companies to be authentic, genuine, and real in their quest to achieve a culture that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. And we encouraged employees, no matter their position, to bring their authentic selves to work. But what does that mean?

​What if we want to be ourselves and be recognized for our own individual and unique professional contributions, but are not sure how to achieve that, and are not convinced that authenticity equals career success? That's where the Rising Leaders Academy comes in.

Beginning April 21, 2021, the PersuasionPoint team, led by Patti Perez and Dr. Rochelle Johnson, will host the first cohort of mid-career womxn to help them hone career skills and navigate their way to the top of the organizational chart.

​Who is this for?

​Research shows that women and women of color are severely underutilized in corporate America. And the data is also clear in terms of the result of that underutilization - diverse candidates of all types, and women in particular, leave their companies at a high rate. The result is eliminating the pipeline of talent that might have one day gotten a seat at the leadership table.
